Huh, I thought the level cap was 60, but I just leveled up. You posted that you fixed it already, so there's not much point to saying this, (plus this is with old trapper) but anyways:
With Dulas ball equipped: 13/12/21 on level up = 46 total
Without = 17/14/14 = 45 total.
