I just installed Gimpshop. I'm going to try to paste the German cross (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Balkenkreuz.svg) over the red star. It does not support .dds though. I can find a .dds converter don't worry.

I think its similar to the soviet uniform. I'm not sure if it is an actual uniform.
