I found both fire rain AND ice snake for sale on that platform.
Did a lot of dodging/sneaking in demonis at lvl 18 for that one. I did kill that "very strong" death knight dude guarding the portal with zero losses though. Then I returned at lvl 20 and fought HARD to make Xeona my beloved,
submissive wife.
