Vaporware is where the audience is concerned that the product doesn't actually exist outside of a couple of mocked up screen shots and a lot of PR banter.
Instead there are real screen shots (and videos) and not a lot of PR banter. Juts folks busy working hard on something just a little bit complicated. This isn't TD's first rodeo... it'll be fine.
