You need to kill 10 orc armies. They are spread out across the 4 viking islands so you will need to visit all 4 of them if I remember correctly. Don't forget to finish any missions / errands as you visit (such as depositing the Ent's Seeds, returning the Trainer's jacket, etc).
It should also update your progress on how many orc armies you have killed and tell you they are found across all 4 islands.
Just kill any stray army with an orc in a viking island and you should be able to complete it!
As a side note, if +4 rage is really that big a deal, do you have that Spear or Rage weapon?
Or getting even one point in Anger (going up that tree) can be fairly helpful. I wouldn't go too nutty as I'm intentionally keeping my rage levels low so I don't max out too early like I did with the Warrior/Viking build.
