I do this on a Excell doc. PM me if you want me to send it to you. However, you can use the Thrustmaster software you can print out the picture of your controller with the commands. i.e. if you name trigger two "a whole can of whoop ass" that is what will print out in the picture. Pretty cool software. I use a couple of "press & release" commands. Works great with lean to gunsight.
