On a side note, I tried loading these onto my iPad and they install and load fine but have found that at page 4 and above it crashes my iBooks and GoodReader apps.
Doubt it has anything to do with what you have done, just thought I'd mention it in case there actually is something that can be done on your end. Again, excellent work!
