Going by most hours played, I reckon:

Darkest Hour
IL2
Combat Mission BB
Various Total Wars

For nostalgia:

Doom2
SimCity 2000

I know Deus Ex is "supposed" to be the best, but , like raaaid, I only stuck it for a couple of hours
