With the patch you do not need to warm up the engine, this is maybe the effect the dev team was after but the temp of oil and water is at the high end. To counter this open your radiator at max for 5 minutes during take off and fligth until it is (the oil and water temp) normal again. The most annoying is the power/throttel setting in the Spitfire MK Ia and IIa is wrong and is nearly impossible to use.
