Many pilots are looking for alternatives because they believe that no solution.

Each day fewer pilots play this sim

By the time it fixed, many pilots will not want to know anything about 1c and
its simulators.

The patience of many is exhausted.

Luckily mine did not, and I encourage them to buy the game
To be correct many pilots have bought the game at full price and have played it only a pair of hours. According to Steam only 2 friends of mine (20 of them have bought it ) are still playing it. And both are active on this message board.

Anyway I ask myself how can you still encourage people to have faith in Clod's development? What did they in this year to not lose your trust? BlackSix's presence here has been the greatest thing in this period of time... nothing more.

BlackSix, I assure you that you're still welcomed here, from fanboys (of course...) and bad-ugly-immature users (all the ones not wearing pink glasses...) like me too.

About the patch I would gladly receive this answer: "there will not be any patch, BoM will merge with CloD... so wait and buy BoM."
Writing that the patch's release is near again and again and agin is not positive.

A whole generation of pilots learned to treasure the Spitfire for its delightful response to aerobatic manoeuvres and its handiness as a dogfighter. Iit is odd that they had continued to esteem these qualities over those of other fighters in spite of the fact that they were of only secondary importance tactically. Thus it is doubly ironic that the Spitfire’s reputation would habitually be established by reference to archaic, non-tactical criteria.
