FXAA is a very efficient form of postprocess AA that is about equivalent to 4X MSAA. I get almost zero performance hit with it on. Here is a post describing it in more detail with download links as well.

I take my screenshots with FRAPS. It has always been able to take them with FXAA on in any game. There is a free version available. I recommend taking .png shots and then converting them to jpegs though.
