Not at all.
I am getting smoother game play with good FPS (30 on the ground and 45-50 in the air) with medium to high settings.
In beta I had a few CTD or total lock up when even Cntl+Alt+Del would even respond. So far I have had 1 lock up and that I did alt=tab to desktop and found my Anti-Virus doing a system scan

Over all, we are heading in the right direction. Colors hopefully get a tweak, clouds, dust and smoke are my biggest hit to performance in the game right now. Which I do believe is being worked on. Other than the other known bugs (that were not scheduled to be addressed in this release) , I am totally satisfied with this patch.
