Am I the only one who bother the fast starts of AI planes at the start of a mission when your own engine isn't even running?! Needless to say that my engine is after the ignition far away from taking off immediately.
There have to be a realism setting with preheated engines like in RoF or at least 1-2 minutes till the first AI take off. The Pause between Mission Start and Takeoff like in il2 1946 would be even enough for me, but this is just ridiculous
