Confirm the crash bug, explosion on ground and at times in mid air. Turning effects off/low solves it. Needs fixing asap, since a visual feedback of if and how you are hitting the enemy and if and what liquids he is streaming is rather important.
Oil and water radiator automation default toggle key is "R".
Prop pitch automation key needs to be mapped by the player, but once mapped it works. That is a good thing.
One very surprising and to me rather important thing I just experienced is the following:
As flight leader (been trying TEF DC) I normally, and this is in the instructions by TEF as well, had to take off in autopilot for the flight to recognize me and form up on me.
After this patch I thought I'd give it a try and take off manually and what do you know....the flight did not follow the waypoints automatically but formed up on me. This is a big step in the right direction

.
I do like the new landscape a lot, cockpit was better imo with the previous beta patch, sounds are generally better, german radio sounds better to me while at the same time the british radio is even more garbled.
Without effects/ low effects I did not notice a change in fps, with effects to medium (while the game didn't crash) I noticed a hughe performance hit as I for example was looking at an enemy bomber streaming all kinds of liquids while going down.
But since this is another beta you can be sure the effects issue will be resolved, it will certainly not remain like this.
All in all for me a good step in the right direction.
Devs, drop support for xp, microsoft did a long time ago, this seems to be causing you problems that are otherwise avoidable and if someone says you have to keep xp support because it says so on the box, keep in mind that manufacturers change their products without notice as they deem necessary all the time and have the right to do so if they see it as a needed step to improve their product.
