For those of you who love Concorde and let's face it who doesn't, here's the one at Manchester being brought back to life......well until our good old British bollocks gets in the way of things.

I only post this as the Vulcan we have at Carlisle is 50 years old this year, has stood outside since she flew in in 1983 following the Falklands. A pensioner compared to Concorde with systems deterioration to match! However we have had the 28 volt systems on our Vulcan live this year but discovered a faulty switch in the cockpit so we have to get around to replace it. Simple, well no, the switch is mounted in a box secured by about 16 rusty screws which will have to be drilled out individually if we can gain access with a drill between the box and the aircraft fuselage side!
