In this case it's just that the ad on the grill wall said with big bold letters for everyone to see: "Hamburger contains no buns! And it's cold! Buy now!"
Just to make sure that everyone understands: The signs were all there, on reviews and on this forum. If you feel yourself ripped off, you can only blame yourself for not doing your research.
