Just a heads up, running two cards in SLI does not double your VRAM, you have the same amount of VRAM as a single card. Both cards keep exactly the same data in VRAM at the same time, your VRAM capacity does not double. If you run a single monitor fine with a single GTX570 then two will increase your FPS but higher resolutions, especially triple monitors kille the GTX570 due to hitting the VRAM limit.
If you notice your FPS dropping due to hitting a VRAM wall with a single GTX570 you will still hit the exact same VRAM wall with two of them.
