Default starting procedure Bf109

I get my 109 properly started.
Tailwheel locked, flaps at 15°,PP at 12h, full throttle, tail lifting...
Everything works fine up to around 200-220km/h then the plane fall over its prop (Ringelpietz) ,like if i kick full brake.

I ve no clue what i am doing wrong here.
A 10000 starts in Il2 went perfect past years.
But for the sake of god, i am not able to get the plane correc into air...

Any ideas?

Edit: After recording my attempts i noticed my prop hits the airstrip ,what then leads to a Ringelpietz.
