Could be we get confused because there is not much inertia, or that plane seem to behave like it's in zero gravity, so that small turbulence makes plane shift gravity too easy.
Instead of fixing symptoms, maybe look for the problems elsewhere.
Coul be a gravity filter that removes small peaks of negative gravity, or less than 1g, would be enough to fix this.
But it can be even more complicated, if it's the same reason the planes moves like paperplanes on ground, with a little wind, maybe the weight of planes and the gravity are scaled wrong?
