I have two Steam accounts with different e-mails, secured verified.
I have the collectors edition of my region and the Russian version bough through Yuplay.ru
The procedure is easy, the Russian game is installed in first place in my second Steam account, dedicated to Russian version, it is a usual Steam account without regional changes and in English language.
Once is installed and the game is working in all his goodness
, close this account and open your first account.
Dont use the disk, just validate the product key using
Activate a Product on Steam, then Steam will proceed to download the game.
But Steam will not download the entire game, just the language files of your region, this is the usual procedure to dont waste HDD space downloading a game that is already in the HDD.
So we´ll end with the Russian version files of the game but the game patched to English
Now if you start the second account (Russian version), which have English language selected in Steam, the game will use English
