I am using the 11.3 drivers. They are the latest official drivers at this current point in time. Several people have confirmed the issue with HD6xxx series card too so its confusing as to what is happening.
That issue aside, I have noticed no difference in FPS. Did a quick flight at sea and flew inland over the smaller villages. FPS out at sea was relatively smooth as always, as soon as I moved inland the FPS dropped and the game gets that choppy feeling again just as it did before. It is disappointing but that said it is a beta patch so final release might be better.
I also noticed that the sound bug where you hear the undercarriage as if its always rolling even if you are perfectly still on the ground is still present.
