Not really, the 22" SyncMaster is a 16:9 screen with a native res of 1920x1080 (where mine is a 16:10 screen) and therefore the game offers you 1600x900 and 1280x720 which both are 16:9 resolutions. Problem is that they left out a few in between... and that the non-full screen resolutions are all old 4:3's... weird decision to make it behave that way.
