thank you, well iam getting similar fps above water, ground is much worse,but even above water if the average is about 30, there is always stutter like every 2 second it goes to 1 FPS for a few frames so eventually i get nice average but its still very stutter show

i have question, does it matter now when the multicore is not enabled to fiddle with ProcessAffinityMask and why you have it there multiple times?
