Same here. Though I've managed to get rid of the actual error by updating almost everything. EXCEPT the nvidia driver which is at 257.21 as mentioned
here.
The game still won't start and I get a flick to black screen after the yellow crosshairs then nothing...
Still waiting to see something that tells us what is going wrong.
