For those who haven't flown on Syndicate yet, if you like realism in your sim (I think most of us do) and a good time, it's the server to fly on.

You may have been kicked from other servers because of their poor network or processing power of the server. Besides IRFC and SYN, every other dedicated server I've ever joined is a lag-fest once you start to get a group of people on.
1/2 the problem with people hosting in ROF is they are trying to do it with very small bandwidth or cpu power. That's why most other servers will lag when they get over 20-30 people, and it's also the reason we have ours set to 52 people max (as it's a game limitation) to why we can't have more. Our server is complete overkill for ROF or any game for that matter, but it's worth the money as we can easily host people from all over the world in a lag free environment.
As far as being old we are all in our 30's, 40's, 50's, and uhhm even older
But we have a good time. Make sure you drop in our coms sometime if you want a good laugh
