Wiki - which I don't hold much faith in, but it's a start:
"The A-8 was the most numerous of the Fw 190 As, with over 6,550 A-8 airframes produced from March 1944 to May 1945. A-8s were produced by at least eight factories during its lifetime"
"A total of 1,805 D-9s were produced.[Rodeike 1998, p. 381.] Production started in August 1944"

(a hugely different number than that given by Wiki, but they both agree the A8 was the most prodiced.
