I replaced my monitor with a new one and had to delete my game.ini file to allow the game to work.

Now it works (although with black bars on the sides: 1920x1080) but the number format is no longer correct for my country (Canada). For instance, eleven thousand shows as 11'000 instead of 11,000 as I would expect. I don't know what country formats numbers like that, but it looks odd to me.

How do I get my matching culture setting back?
