I don't think that Black Hole shows up as soul drain as there is a spell called soul draining. I have both. I don't think Black Hole shows up at all in the scan.
I did not see Adrain's Order either. There are also many strange entries that I could not find in the game.
The ingeneer is likely just a one time typo that was not caught.
