You're going to feel silly.
I noticed your problem right away. You don't have the trailer to drop off at the site. You need to go back to
Redding where
Martha first spoke to you. On the right side of the street just beyond her is a maroon colored trailer. Cross the street, and back into it. When you're close enough press the
(T) key to hook-up. I didn't get the
"hook-up" message, so I just pressed the key anyway. Use the outside view to ensure you're hooked. Watch the video again, and you'll see what I mean.
On your video, you only have 2 minutes left, and you'll never make it. So I hope you have a save point to restart the mission.
