Thanks for the replies, both of you. I looked around and don't think AHO's mod has the Russian speech, so I'll install it first and then AHO's mod. Get back to you on whether it works.

Hmm, I installed the speech and then AHO's mod and am getting CTD's. I then tried putting each folder in individually and it didn't work. Does anyone know if in AHO's textures
swastikas appear on the armbands?
