I know about that and I dont have issues with it actualy to fail sometimes. I am using the bazooka here which well frankly was not known for its great armor killing qualities which lead eventualy to upgraded post war versions changing the warhead from I think 60mm to 100mm (more close to the Panzerschreck with its 80 or 88mm). Many of the issues though that have been adressed in the Africa champaign and the Pacific like bad fuses and other problems have been solved around 44 so at least the chance of duds was reduced drasticaly and the overall reliability of the warehead increased. All in all it became a "good" weapon against light vehicles. But it always remained a more or less desperate weapon for the infantry so they would not get overrun so easily by enemy armor.

Thing is if the situation would be obvious like using the bazooka rocket against the front of the Panther or Tiger II even I would not even start asking here or complain as those tanks have been known for their habit to resist the Bazooka and shaped charges loose power just like shells against sloped armor (though I have the feeling this is pretty exagerated in the game as even very weak armor gains much from the effect already). But the vehicle in the video is "just" a light US AA tank shooting it from the side which probably has not much more protection compared to some armored halftrack. And even if it hits the tracks ~ which it did some times when I reloeaded and tried it again, it should STILL have enough power and force to penetrate in to the crew compartmant and damage it heavily I mean com on .. it has armor of paper !. This kind of strange things happen quite often sometimes. Also including tank guns. I mean imagine situations where you manage to sneak up to a heavy tank and shoot its side with a bazooka, schreck or faust just to see nothing more then the tank shaking ... other times the IS2 gets penetrated from even a strange angle and quite some distance from a rocket. I noticed the Panzerfaust 100 beeing one of the best weapons though but thats understandable considering the size of the warehead (140mm) which would give it some pretty good quality in penetrating enemy armor.

I have no clue if it are just bugs or if its intended. But the later would be a bit worse in my eyes.
