Tweaked a bit with effects etc. Testing their impact on FPS. With 10.3a + 9.10 dll in IL-2 root got the following performance on my settings posted here. Track is Black Death.

Minimum 27fps
Maximum 313fps
Average 103fps

So ATI is getting there
