if u upset a faction there just red to u, unless u go through a major system u wont meet anything more than patrols some of the major systems have butchers in, being red to msf and going through fort (forget the second name) stright down the middle ive died every time top notch fighters and 2 or 3 butchers so ive always had to skirt round that system when im red to msf
