Yes I know it very well. Some years ago I had a broken bone in my wrist in an accident so I had my wrist plasted for some weeks. But as I could not stand without flying IL-2 so long time

, I learnt to use the joystick with my left hand and after quite a lot of crashes, I finally got good also. But then I had the plaster removed and switched again to right-hand drive
It is amazing how human being can overcome difficulties
