Windows 7 should be working. Which DCG version are you trying to get to run? The latest is v2.3 and can be downloaded from moddb (
http://www.moddb.com/mods/dynamic-ca...-generator-dcg) and the readme file do have the links to the 64 bits version of the three necessary files. All three files can also be found at Microsoft´s homepage. I do not have any other links, however if you can´t find them, go to
