(I did this already but I dont understand a thing in German so I could not tell, I have saved it as a document though just in case)
Answers to Your 2 Questions:
1. "Desperate Times": A team must always have 1 of each of the top 3 ranks so that they can manage the weekly briefings. So, even if a player does not have the appropriate medal they still may be promoted to one of these ranks. Example: The Air Commodore's team failed to complete the objective for that week's Territory Capture Briefing (he gets demoted to squadron leader or dies). The same week, the Group Captain of the same team completes the objectives for that week's Strategic Bombing Briefing (he gets medal and promoted to Air Commodore). Then, The Wing Commander fails the mission objectives for Air Superiority (he gets promoted to Group captain but no medal, unless there are 2 or more players that have achieved the requirements for Wing Commander, in this case the Wing Commander will get demoted to squadron leader or will die) Finally, The new Wing Commander's rank will be filled by a Squadron Leader that has all requirements to get the rank (or if requirements not met, it will be squadron leader with more sorties)
2. What happens if you get wing commander or better and your flight reached 200 deaths?
- If you reached the Wing Commander rank's requirements before your team reaches 200 deaths, then, your survival will now depend on your success in completing a week's mission objectives. Wether you die or get demoted to Squadron Leader depends on wether your Flight has reached 200 deaths or not (most likely they will have because it is a week's worth of deaths

) Another thing, wether you are promoted to the next Big 3 Rank without a medal or get demoted to squadron leader depends on wether the mission objectives you failed happened during a week where you selected the settings (you were the attacking Officer)
* this system allows a constant refreshment of players managing a team, this way no one becomes dictator for a long time
