The castle in the north:
Near the castle, first go to the small house on the right as you go through the gate/fence. Talk to the lady(King Fredericks wife) and take her back to Debir Island castle. Talk to King Frederick to complete the quest, the talk to his wife and she will give you a "revenge" quest. Go back to Verona and you should be able to attack the castle then.
