Actually, I'm not quite sure the rudder is that unrealistic. In fact, I believe it's accurate. The problem is that in a real plane you'd have to use
a lot of force to use full rudder output, while on the joystick it's not trouble at all.
The P-51 and some other aircraft (not confirmed which) will be improved. Their fuel quantity wasn't optimal.
