I really doubt it's delayed because of the french version. This law AFAIK applies only to the Province of Quebec, it's not a federal law.
An update from 1C or 505 games would be nice, will it be released for sure on the 18th ? Why is the game not listed anywhere in Canada ?
I'm torn between ordering the game right now on ebay from a trusted seller or waiting...
