Can someone please make a quick mod
 

I need a mod that makes you spawn with unlimited resources and unlimited population cap and no spawn limit timers( Example The sniper takes 1:45 to spawn ).So can someone please make it

It's not exactly a mod, but you can try following the steps provided here on the 1c forum.

Basically you can get tips on how to edit save games, making units come instantly, cost nothing, even change what unit is deployed (though i couldn't figure out that part personally). It's an easy process, just change a few lines of text in a saved game file.
So all you do is start up a game, save it, edit it, have fun.
