Lew Klisan: Isshara's blood

Where is Lew Klisan for the Demonis quest? Google found nothing! And I've been all over the place.

It can be easy to miss (I did as well at first), but he is on an outcrop on one of the large "islands". It juts out from the main island along a narrow "stairway" of rocks.
