increase player strength

is it possible to increase player strength by editing something in the scripting?

or any console comand(even how to activate console)?

As far as I know, there are no such scripts/comands

There are places where I do not have enough bullets or no bullets for the machine gun, thus I can not kill fly-people(example on level 12).

Because of this you can be stuck on a level.

Is there any god mode or any way to increase bullets number?
