I hope someone will be able to help me.
In the 4th level ,just after the dream sequence of the flooding water in a room with a guy working on an pumplike engine ,I climb down a stair that collapses .After fighting a zombie guy I 'm in a frozen room .I thinkIi am supposed to reach a door upstairs where is a vent but how? There is also a hatch that doesn't open near the pumplike engine.

If this is where I think it is ...

you need to climb up the pipes, and follow them around to the door on the upper landing on the other side ...

Hi all,
I'm also stuck here. I've tried to come back and climb but a pipe prevent me to go through. I've tried to jump and crouch but that wasn't useful... :(

if on this lvl you get rifles you need to shot to a stuff block the ladder...
