frozen brook quest

I have the elixir from the thousand rivers faerie to prevent the brook in Kordar from freezing..... but..... I can't remember where it was!!! Anyone help me out? Thanks a lot!

By the submarine and Fandor's pyramid. Take the easternmost (I think) elevator up in the mines.
