Is "New Home for Lizardmen: bugged for everyone
 

I am starting this quest, but I heard from the forums that some players have issues with not being able to complete the quest because the document given for the treaty by Rezo is bugged.

Has anyone completed this quest or is this a bug for everyone?

Didn't work for me either, I completed the game without it, and a few others.

I haven't reached this point in this quest.

Is this bug assured? Its hard to belive this game would ship without being able to finish the expansion content.

No, Quest isn't bugged.. U need to go to Marshan swamps. After u get that papers from Rezo new portal opens in caves of Misteries which leads to Marshan swamps.

In my game at least, Rezo said everything he needed to say, but I didn't get any papers in my inventory nor was the quest updated.

DLC seems to be very unforgiving if you make steps that game makers did not plan, like talking to people out of turn. For example you can break a Marshan quest to find frogs brother just by talking to hid brother one time too many. I guess that some people did not talk too much except what is needed for questing and some talked too much.

Very poor quality control on everything published after the Crossworlds.

You're right !! It's not a bug!!

After i visit Rezo, I came back to Cave of Misteries and the portal in northwest is open. It's portal to Marshan Swamps !!!
