Missing cross-hair, viewfinder

Hi guys, IL COD version 1.11.20362, Windows 8. The problem is I have no cross-hair in any aircraft. Even if I turn on cross-hair light (ALT L)..the light comes on, but no cross-hair at all. Any Ideas what I can do?

Some uses report this issue with omboard video of notebook/laptops.
