Werewolf's skin for Luxury outfit quest
 

Can anyone tell me where i get this item from ?
I have no idea where to look for it.

You need to get a quest from Torfin called Werewolf Killer, and kill the werewolf to get the werewolf skin. But first you must complete the Royal Robber quest, also initiated by Torfin.
