Hypnosis is no longer dispellable?

Not sure if it is was a bug during the last few battles, but when the enemy cast hypnosis on me. I couldn't dispel it... with level 1, 2, 3 dispel.

Balance fix? :(

Level 2 Dispel removed it for me in a recent battle.

I have the same problem but I did not try lv1,2 (lv 3 can not dispel hypnosis). Maybe newest patch cause it.
