Stuck on Grotland

I finally reached first island on the south west but really I don't know what to do to progress further. I mean, that it is supposed to make peace between 2 dwarf kings ,but on this island there is nothing to do.

Yeah, hadn't noticed that portal either.

In New Kordar just go across the bridge and then right. There's a new path opened.
