G940 pedals too responsive! PLEASE HELP!

Dear all,
please hel me!
I’m trying to tune up my Logitech G940 pedals but no joy at all.
Rudder is TOO RESPONSIVE: the minumun pressure on the pedals causes a huge ammount of yaw in the aircraft, that STARTS BANKING almost immediately.
Lining up to fire is almost impossible: if I counter pedal trying to correct the excessive yaw I get the plane bouncing in a rumba style!
In Cod, rudder is assigned to “Joystick 2 + RX Axis”.
It seems that whatever I do with the three sliders (sensitivity and dead zones) has no effect at all.
Anyway the green test bars on the right, show pedals response quite progressive, but in flight it seems there are only two status: rudder neutral and rudder ALL RIGHT (or LEFT)
I tried changing parameters in conf.ini (as I read somewhere in this forum) but again, no joy.
In Win 7 (64) control pannel pedals act fine.
With other sims pedals act fine and I’m able to set their sensitivity

Please help me, ‘cause I had to stop using rudder (but that's no joy!)

Thanks in advance
Gico

RZ axis

Sorry, I meant "RZ axis" (not RX)

Uh!? I found this...

I feel stupid... maybe I messed up with the WRONG CONF.INI

In the "Cliffs of Dover Technical FAQ"
Luthier says:

... By default, your config is now stored in the steam cloud. This allows you to log into steam on a new machine, and carry over your entire config including keyboard layout etc.
This also means that manual edits to the config files are automatically overwritten by the server when the game is launched.
...
To disable cloud config storage, go through these simple steps:
* Right-click the game in the game list in your steam Library.
* Go to the Updates tab of the Properties window.
* Uncheck "Enable steam cloud..."
* Press Close
* You can now manually edit your config file!

LOGITECH G940 USERS, post your CONF.INI

Nothing to do: it's driving me crazy.
It's not clear which is the row to be modified to set rudder sensitivity.
It seems that on exit, CoD overwrites my changes in config.ini; so I'm not sure what setting was active.
Anyway rudder response is always horribly exagerated.

Please LOGITECH G940 USERS, post your CONF.INI so I can start seeing the light.

Thank you in advance.

I use a g940 and agree the rudders are too sensitive, the axis assignment editing in COD is still in the stone age so I wouldn't expect anything from a game .config tweak, the only thing I can think of is to adjust the controller axis sensitivity through the Logitech profiler on a COD speciffic profile......will be giving this a try myself soon.

dxtweak will make wonders for you ;)

http://www.wingmanteam.com/latest_software/gadgets.htm

you can assign with it any sensibility to any joystick axe :)

"Global Settings":

Overall force = 0%
Spring effect = 0%
damper effect = 0%

Enable Centering Spring Strength = unchecked

iL2CoD - "Specific Game Settings":

Overall force = 103%
Spring effect = ca. 45%

Enable Centering Spring Strength = unchecked

x-axis deadzone = 8%
y-axis deadzone = 8%

Please also have a look at this: Regards
